Sabina Sutherland BFA, MAC - Conservator of Paper, Photographs, and Archival Materials
Sabina received a Master of Art Conservation from Queen's University, where she specialised in the conservation of works of art on paper, archival documents, and photographs. Her artistic and scientific background is comprised of a BFA in Printmaking and Photography from Okanagan University College, and a certificate in Chemistry from Camosun College.
Over the course of her career, Sabina has worked in the conservation labs of the Canadian Centre for Architecture (in Montreal), the Vancouver Art Gallery, the Museum of Vancouver, the City of Vancouver Archives, and she continues to undertake contract work for these and other institutions and galleries.
In addition to undertaking private projects, she continues to expand her expertise, maintaining and preserving the YVR Art Collection at the Vancouver International Airport, which includes a vibrant and expanding collection of Northwest Coast works and Contemporary Art in a great variety of media. Sabina also currently manages preventive conservation projects for collections of architectural and engineering plans, and performs treatments en masse of the objects in these collections.

Nadine Power BA, PG.Dip - Conservator of Paintings
Nadine completed her graduate degree in the Conservation of Easel Painting at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London, UK, and her Bachelors degree in Art History at UBC. Nadine has experience in both private practice and public institutions and has worked with the collections at the Vancouver Art Gallery, Simon Fraser University and the Museum of Anthropology.
While in the UK Nadine worked at The Tate Gallery, Westminster Abbey and in private practice. She has also spent time at the National Gallery of Canada and at Heffel Fine Art Auction House where she gained important knowledge in Canadian historical and contemporary art. More recently Nadine was employed by the Burnaby Village Museum where she treated a variety of local historical objects. Her most recent project involved the analysis and treatment of two large murals in the lobby of the Simon Fraser University Theatre.
Currently Nadine is busy expanding her private practice in the Greater Vancouver region with a focus on modern and contemporary paintings. She has also recently completed public art condition surveys for the cities of Richmond, Victoria, Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge.
